| 01 | New Pallets | Brand new wood pallets built to your exact specification. We offer standard GMA 48×40 sizing as well as custom dimensions. Available for food-grade applications and export compliance. Heat treatment available — see our Heat Treatment service below. |
| 02 | Used Pallets | Every used pallet is inspected before leaving our yard. We offer Grade A (like-new, minimal wear) and Grade B (fully functional with cosmetic wear) at competitive bulk pricing. Heat-treated (HT) and ISPM-15 certified options available. A smart, cost-effective solution for high-volume operations that don't require new wood — same reliability, lower cost. |
| 03 | Pallet Repair & Buyback | Don't throw away damaged pallets — we fix them. Our repair service covers broken deck boards, cracked stringers, missing blocks, and structural damage. Repaired pallets are re-inspected to meet load-bearing standards before going back into your rotation. We also buy your surplus pallets back — good condition or broken, no problem. Whether you have a few dozen or several truckloads stacking up, we'll come to you and assess the inventory. Clear your floor space, eliminate disposal costs, and put money back into your operation. |
| 04 | Custom Orders | Need something outside the standard? We build to spec — custom lengths, widths, and heights; single-face or double-face designs; notched or block-style construction; specific board thickness. If your operation has unique load, rack, or clearance requirements, we work with you directly to get it right. |
| 05 | Drop-Off Trailers | We park a loaded trailer at your facility so your team can pull pallets on demand — no bulk delivery days, no floor space tied up with large stacks, no waiting on reorders. When the trailer runs low, just call us and we swap it out. Ideal for high-turnover operations that need a steady, flexible supply on-site at all times. |
| 06 | Heat Treatment | We offer ISPM-15 compliant heat treatment on pallets, crates, and dunnage — whether you purchase them from us or already own them. If you have existing wood packaging that needs to be certified for export or compliance, bring it to us and we'll treat it. Heat treatment eliminates pests and pathogens, making your wood packaging legal for international shipping and meeting strict agricultural import requirements. |
| 07 | Crates | We build custom wood crates for shipping, storage, and heavy-duty applications. Whether you need a one-time crate for an oversized shipment or a recurring supply for your operation, we build them to your exact dimensions and load requirements. Ideal for machinery, equipment, fragile goods, and anything that needs more protection than a standard pallet. Heat treatment available for export compliance. |
